Recently, the British government issued guidance details on the ban on disposable e-cigarettes. The ban will officially take effect on June 1, 2025. These rules will provide guidance to relevant disposable e-cigarette suppliers and sellers.
From June 1, 2025, it will be illegal for companies to sell, offer for sale or possess for sale all disposable e-cigarettes (whether containing nicotine or not), whether online or in physical stores. Reusable e-cigarettes can still be sold normally.
